Founder George Carbone.

So, you’ve decided to join us on our supernatural journey into unknown?

Well first of all welcome witches, gnomes, ghouls and all!

We all have different paths that have led us here but here is mine.

My name is George And from a young age I’ve always had a strong passion in the paranormal. Being raised catholic I have always had an interest in the spiritual realm and all things unknown. It first started with a love for zombie films such as Dawn of the Dead and 28 Days Later, formulating my own zombie apocalypse survival plan. This promptly led to spending every spare minute watching the intrepid investigations of ghost adventures, wondering how I would hold up in the boots of the wonderful Zak Bagans.

I served for 6 years in the British army however I decided I wanted to leave to spend more time with friends and family. Having joined at 16 and not having had any other job outside the army I had a really hard time adjusting and found myself job hopping, trying to find what I really wanted to do.

 

Why I started Corpus?

After seeing video after video on TikTok about starting a clothing brand I decided screw it why not. So that night I started coming up with ideas on what direction to take, and eventually realised that there were no clothing brands that represented my love for the paranormal. But that wasn’t enough, I decided that I should use my brand as a platform to raise money for mental health, a cause close to my heart. With the amazing help of my friends and family Corpus was born.

 

“Fuck normal be paranormal”

I’ve always been told how good I’d look in a tinfoil hat, and the truth is I do! But so many people hide their passion for the paranormal and often don’t share their amazing and truly terrifying experiences. Where’s the fun in being normal! Be different, be yourself and don’t be scared to stand out from the crowd.

I aspire to design clothing that breaks down that barrier allowing you to share your experiences with people who share your curiosity in all things unknown!

Mental health

Mental health is something that's very close to my heart. I've had my own struggles, I've seen those close to me struggle and I have seen young men take their own life.

As someone who has struggled with mental health I feel like those who are in the same boat are under represented. Most clothing brands that support mental health don’t serve our community, they mostly fit the typical aesthetic. Here at corpus we want to provide you with clothing you will love while donating 10% of our profits to mental health and suicide prevention charities.

 

Future plans

If you stick around things are going to get spooky, but mark my words it’s going to be quite the journey! We plan to keep spreading our spooky message and growing our community helping each other to share our stories.
